 The 25 Liter distillation unit
holds 25 liters of solvent (6.60gallons) for distilling, but has a volumetric capacity of 40
liters. This is a 220 volt, single phase distillation machine with
2040 watts of heat. Cycle time is and average of four hours per
batch.
Options are available for vacuum distillation, and for solvent
separation or fractional distillation.
Vacuum can be added to the 25 liter distillation machines. Vacuum
system are available in either single or multiple cycle storage volumes,
and can also have level controls and pumps to empty the vacuum tank into
your solvent storage tanks.
Vacuum systems range from low to high vacuum, and can be pneumatic or
electric (motor) driven. The electric vacuum pumps can be liquid
ring or vane pumps with oil injection, depending upon your requirements.
