| Solvent reclamation is used to reclaim inks, solvent
reclamation, paints, or most any
wash solution. Distillation units are available for manual operation and
for automatic operation. With solvent distillation equipment, your waste stream is reduced
through solvent recycling.
DIstatic units are basic distillers, without an internal mixing blade or
scraper. This allows for the use of a “Rec-Bag”. DYnamic units utilize an
internal mixing / scraping blade to stir and help reduce solvents or inks that
contain a high content of residue. The mixing action helps to reduce the
distillation waste and recover the maximum amount of solvents.
For solvent distillation, vacuum plants are available to distill
under a vacuum. In this manner, the boiling point of the solvent is
lowered, decreasing the temperature necessary for distillation. The
smaller solvent distillation equipment rotate over for cleaning.
12 Liter:
The 12 Liter distillation unit has a volumetric capacity of 20 liters.
This is a 220 volt, single phase distillation machine with 1040 watts of
heat. Solvent recycling cycle time is an average of four hours per batch.
25 Liter:
The 25 Liter distillation unit has a volumetric capacity of 40 liters.
This is a 220 volt, single phase distillation machine with 2040 watts of
heat. Cycle time is an average of four hours per batch for solvent
reclamation.

The 60 Liter distillation unit has a volumetric capacity of 102 liters.
This is a 220 volt, three phase distillation machine with 6050 watts of
heat. Cycle time is and average of four hours per batch. The computer
control board allows for multiple batch operation or continuous cycle
operation. Available as DYnamic or DIstatic series.

The 180 Liter distillation unit has a volumetric capacity of 375
liters. This is a 480 volt, three phase distillation machine with 15,000
watts of heat. Cycle time is and average of four hours per batch. The
computer control board allows for multiple batch operation or continuous
cycle operation. Available as DYnamic or DIstatic series. |
