Bottom Valve

A bottom unloading valve can be used to discharge a liquid still bottom.  This valve would be controlled automatically by the distillation unit to expel the residual at the end of the distillation cycle.

For certain applications, you can request a specific size of valve, such as to use a 6 inch bottom valve and combine this option with the scraper blade.  In this manner the system can discharge even dry material through the large 6 inch valve into a hopper or drum.

If you want to discharge from the bottom automatically into a drum, you can also request that the distillation system be elevated to fit the drum underneath.
